Brown-headed Barbet (Megalaima zeylanica), also called Large Green Barbet, is a common breeding resident. This bird is found in the wooded areas of Haryana. Mostly green in color with a brown head, it has a stout pink bill and a bare yellowish orange patch around the eyes.
